No. Vexli stores all data exclusively on your machine in a SQLCipher-encrypted database. We do not operate data servers, cloud storage, or sync infrastructure for user data. Your information stays on your device, encrypted, and under your control.
Yes. Vexli works entirely offline. You can browse, search, and manage all your entities without an internet connection. Your local encrypted database is always available regardless of network status.
Unlimited. There is no cap on the number of business entities, domains, vendors, or files you can track in Vexli. The only limit is your local storage.
Vexli uses SQLCipher AES-256 database encryption plus field-level AES-256-GCM encryption for sensitive data like EINs and bank account numbers. Encryption is always on by default — it is not a premium feature.

No. Vexli is a one-time purchase for $79. You get full access to all features, including future updates. There are no recurring fees, no annual renewals, and no upsells.
No. Because we use zero-knowledge architecture, we do not have access to your data and cannot recover it. Your data exists only on your machine. We recommend using the built-in encrypted backup feature to maintain your own backups. This is a deliberate trade-off: maximum privacy means maximum personal responsibility for backups.
